  • Achieve all key sales measures and target for the responsible accounts (pharmacies cooperations, on-line pharmacies and other kind of Key accounts)
  • Develop and manage customer relationships with existing clients
  • Target and open new clients in line with channel strategy
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with eCommerce clients
  • Define and execute a yearly marketing plan for each client in co-operation with Marketing and Sales Director
  • Track sell-out and optimal stock level to avoid out of stocks
  • Execute with excellence new product launches and animations
  • Ensure all trade and marketing funds are spent in most efficient way to drive business growth
  • Define appropriate assortment for each client and ensure its permanent availability, the brand visibility and the sales
  • Collect and monitor sales (sell-in and sell-out) report results

You work closely with the Subsidiary Direction, the marketing and sales Departments.

Profil requis

  • Background : Business school 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management (FMCG, OTC, pharmacies or agencies) or in off and on-line Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiations, commerce skills
  • Good business sense, planning and organizational skills
  • Communicating person and strong team spirit with natural Leadership
  • Understanding of offline and online business (consumer path, KPIs)
  • Fluent German and English
  • Ability to travel
