KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve all key sales measures and target for the responsible accounts
  • Develop and manage customer relationships with existing clients
  • Target and open new clients in line with channel strategy
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with eCommerce clients
  • Define appropriate assortment for each client and ensure its permanent availability
  • Define and execute a yearly marketing plan for each client in co-operation with Digital Manager
  • Forecast and monitor sales, report results
  • Track sell-out and optimal stock level to avoid out of stocks
  • Execute with excellence new product launches and animations
  • Ensure all trade and marketing funds are spent in most efficient way to drive business growth

Profil requis

Experience in Key Account management, managing e-commerce accounts

  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management ( FMCG or OTC)
  • 1-2 years of eCommerce experience
  • Understanding of online business (consumer path, KPIs)
  • Good business sense, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • A driving license
  • Ability to travel
